NARRATIVE REPORT

In this subject, for the first module we encounter is the brief summary of a Lesson plan.
Second module, what do Lesson plans for teachers and why do we need to follow specified
methods in making lesson plans, how does a Lesson plan help the flow of the class, the
effectivity of learning when a lesson plan is S.M.A.R.T. Then the third module is making a
Detailed Lesson Plan in English for Grade-III. Next module is all about the importance to prepare
procedures before going to class and making a Detailed Lesson Plan in English for Grade-IV.
Fifth module is the effective Lesson Planning Delivery Techniques and Classroom Management.
Next is all about the Types of Assessment. Then we answer the following question like give at
least Five examples of Innovation Education, and explain why it is important for the teacher to
be innovative of his/her classroom approach and styles, then out of sample provided we select
one item that we strongly agree on, out of ten samples provided we select one item that we
disagree on and create a samples of classroom scenario where teacher applies Innovative on
his/her class. The ninth module is all about the 10 ways Teacher can Create a Positive Learning
Environment, like develop a learning environment where students feel motivated to learn
within the boundaries and expectations of a safe classroom. By modeling and encouraging a
safe environment and purposeful rules, students feel motivated to do the right thing and help
one another. The tenth module is the Teaching English as a Second Language Skills in an
Integrated Approach, teaching English allows you to actually broaden your world, from job
opportunities to the ability to relate to people from every country. The next module is making a
reflection of each mechanics. Lastly, module is making a Detailed Lesson Plan in English for
Grade-IV then the Narrative Report for the whole semester.

I have experienced so many difficulties by dealing this modular/Online class due to lack of
money and technical issues. Like how will you understand the topics and lessons from the
modular learning given by the instructor. In technical issues we experienced poor connection
sometimes from our internet provider due to system maintenance. But despite of this
difficulties I found a solution, whenever there’s an activity. Then I realized in this new normal
there’s still so many advantages for me, first I’m not always going to school, less expenses and I
can choose the time when I can do all my activities.
