Field Visit Report

Date: 22.06.2021

KGB Team from Kakinada visited well sites Loc: GDK#1 & YLK#1.

Report has been prepared based on the observation as follows:

Well site: GDK#1

1) Checked gas content near the wellhead and cellar area with multi gas detector. Observed no gas
leakage.
2) Opened the side outlet valves of D-section well head, the well-head pressure was recorded 200 psi.
3) Similarly opened the side outlet valves of C-section wellhead, the well-head pressure was recorded
600 psi.
4) Due to non-accessible area, unable to measure the gas pressure from side outlet valves of B – section
well head.
5) Closed all the side outlet valves of C - section & D – section wellhead after measured the gas pressure.
6) The cellar pit is partially filled with rain water. Needs dewatering for accessing the side outlet valves
of B – section well head.

Well site: YLK#1

1) Checked gas content near wellhead and cellar area with multi gas detector. Observed no gas leakage.
2) Opened the side outlet valves of D-section well head, the wellhead pressure showing 400 psi.
3) Started bleed- off by opening the annulus gates valves from D section well head, only gas was
observed in return through bleed line.
4) Slowly well head pressure was dropped down from 400 psi to zero psi in 15 minutes.
5) Stopped bleeding operation. Closed all the valves involved during bleed-off operation. Well head
pressure was built up 100psi after closing the bleed off valves.
7) The cellar pit is partially filled with rain water. Needs dewatering.
