ECOBRICKS INVESTMENT
PROPOSAL
 Ideas Into Creation (I.T.C) is proposing a
bricks that can be beneficial to us and also help
to solve the problem in plastic waste
management, thus I.T.C decided to develop a
ECOBRICKS. Ecobricks are building bricks
made from waste plastic sachets for use in
building and construction that is mainly made of
plastic, aggregates, wet cement. As a investor to
our product, not only we promote a product that
is environmental friendly, we only introduce a
construction material that is new to eyes of the customer, again our product has the same quality
and strength of a normal brick, but our product aims to minimize or solve the plastic waste that
most people just throw away.

Ideas Into Creation was a manufacturer company that builds or create construction material
that is eco-friendly, I.T.C makes sure that this materials like ecobricks undergo the same test to
prove its strength and quality as a construction material, I.T.C also ensure the safety of its user.

In the past year of construction. Ecobricks or a bricks is made out of plastic is not yet on
the top of the market specially in the Philippines, there are only several company that produce and
create ecobricks like our partner Green Antz, Green Antz Builders is an innovative provider of
building and housing solutions that integrates eco-friendly practices and green technologies in its
product and services.

EcoBricks only cost 16php per bricks, which is 60% less than a normal bricks, I.T.C needs
to produces more than 1000 bricks per day, thus 1 bricks also needs 500-1000 sachet of plastic
which will make the ecobricks more expensive if all the plastic sachet that will be use will be
bought, but this plastic can also be donated but the people or the buyer that want to use ecobricks,
therefore the buyer can minimize the cost of the ecobricks, also a bag of cement can produces 50
ecobricks.
