HISTORY

Founded on February 01, 2021, Achieve IT is set to be one of the start up companies inspired by
the company in eastern countries named TenCate Geosynthetics. It was founded by Engr.
Emman Parcutela the General Manager and Engr. Jubilyn Libor the Product Designer of the
Company they were former classmates at the University, when they are in their thesis subject
their chosen product was marked as the best thesis at their time so they decided after taking the
board exam to make a company which the product is their well known Geotube together with
Engr.Myka Joy Ebuen the Finance Manager, Engr. Jairah May Ferma the Production Manager at
lastly with their Marketing Manager Engr. Dianna recto. We named our company AchieveIT
because they want to Achieve products that are already existing and they will make it become
more comfortable and affordable to the people that's why the tagline is "We Connect, We Create,
We Innovate" with this we are assuring that our products are well trusted.

from destruction from the surroundings and to preserve our natural resources, and also to
promote Eco- friendly projects for our environment.

ABOUT GEOTUBE

Geotube® frameworks are profoundly powerful answers for seaside and marine development.

The return of investment is a performance measure used to evaluate the efficiency or profitability

per month is five million pesos and the total investment is seven million one hundred sixty eight
thousand pesos. To calculate the return on investment, we divided net income by total investment
and multiplied by 100 to get 69.75, which we then rounded off to get 70 percent return on
investment.

Geotubes are used in the industry both domestically and internationally. This Geotube has been
in the industry for more than 50 years. Although it is not widely used in the Philippines due to its
high cost and we tend to choose the products that are cheaper and budget friendly despite its
effectiveness. It is common in the construction industry and used for the projects in building
sites, transportation, mining and energy, environmental, local government and water
infrastructures. we are hoping that it can easily adapt to the market trends since it can last longer
than other products and this Geotube is presently used in our shorelines here in the Philippines,
some of the examples are Manila Bay and in Davao Coastal Road Project.

COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE

Geotube has a number of advantages over other materials. For example, it allows structures to be
constructed in places where the ground is not naturally solid enough to accommodate large
infrastructure. The second advantage is that it has made land reclamation faster and more
affordable, which would help to solve the problem of restored ground stabilization in reclaimed
areas right away. lastly, these could also be used to reduce wave action on actively eroding
beaches, giving artificial shore nourishment methods enough time to function. Also, because of
notable advantages such as erosion avoidance, low cost, and quick installation procedures,
geotubes are now widely used in coastal defense.

Geotube has a big industry opportunity because we all know that all over the world they are
prioritizing their bay for example the Philippines our country we present the Manila Bay which
is located at the Manila, the famous Manila bay that has dolomite sand they has a geotube there
to control of course the soil erosion if there will be calamity or typhoon coming. Our geotube
has a really big difference compare to their geotube because our geotube is an eco-friendly tube
that we used a woven and composite textures in making it also we include coco fiber for
recycling, and our price is more affordable than their geotube, our team finds a cheaper yet
effective geotube so that they can afford it.

IP VALUATION

When it comes to IP valuation, our product is already available, as you can see, and is inspired
by the tencate a geotube. But, we made sure that we will not infringe on the patent because we
made an inexpensive product and also made it in a Filipino manner, using coconut fiber as the
key ingredient, which is a really filipino product such that the services aren't too costly or
inconvenient to locate Since we want to show as Filipinos that we, too, are capable of producing
such a material and services. We make sure that our product is legit and licensed at the IP level
before selling it to clients to ensure that it is distinct from other Tencate products.

SALES & DISTRIBUTION MGT.


For the sales and distribution, we prefer the direct distribution. Although it is a little pricey due
to the fact that it requires a variety of items to be set up, such as the purchase of a warehouse
logistics operations truck and the hiring of distribution personnel. It requires a capital capable of
shouldering those obligations. In comparison to indirect distribution, the delivery process can be
shortened and more convenient until it is provided. And lastly direct selling can be difficult to
manage on a large scale, but it often allows the manufacturer to have a better connection to its
consumer base.

Business Growth Potential

Our company's sales for the previous year totaled 5,000,000 pesos, which indicates that there is
room for expansion. 7.5 million people are expected to attend this year. So we split the gap
between last year's 7.5 million and last year's 5 million sales, which is 2.5 million, by the revenue
this year.Next is we divide the difference of this year and last year revenue to the revenue last
year which is 2.5 divided by 5m. we need to get the quotient of 0.5 and multiply to 100 for us to
get the 50%. Therefore, the company had total revenue growth of 50% from last year to this year.

For our business growth potential, our company reports 5,000,000 pesos in total for last year's
