1. What is my learning? ( at least 5 concept from the topics reported, please

expound)

Urban areas rely on rural areas to meet their demands for food, water, wood,
raw materials, etc., which are basically products of rural ecosystem services.
Nevertheless, the benefit that rural areas gain from urban development, such as
market, farm inputs, employment opportunities, etc. should not be overlooked.

Population dynamics helps to answer how, when, and why the changes occur.
Declining environmental quality and decreasing productivity of land may force people
to move. Drastic environmental or climate change may also lead to increased
mortality. Together, these population parameters, or characteristics, describe how
the population density changes over time. The ways in which population densities
fluctuate — increasing, decreasing, or both over time.

The importance of religion on an individual, societal, and national level varies

greatly, but there are a few reasons why it remains important overall. People often
crave a better understanding of the world and religion seeks to answer our questions
as well as assign purpose to give life greater meaning. Religion can also bind
together societies and nations; although, religion has also driven conflict amongst
people and countries just as easily as it can bring those together.

2. What facilitated my learning?

The facilitators were sensitive to their participants needs. They able to

expound their topics by connecting our experiences and educational implications on
the topics discussed.

3. What hindered my learning?

None. I have strong internet connection during the presentation.

4. How can I apply my learning in my work?

Urban and rural cultures are obviously extremely different from one another in
many ways but also share some similarities and characteristics. Even though the
cultures are different, they still exist in the same country so there will always be
underlying values, beliefs, and norms that show through.

Just like in dealing with our colleagues, we may come from different
surroundings and sometimes different ways of everyday life, we should respect each
other and learn to work together fairly and justly.
