2021:

Dr. Raj informed all the team members to share their feedback for the project proposal marks,
Most of the team members replied that they deserve the right marks for the project proposal.
A team member reported to Dr. Raj that he has received Zero for his project proposal, the PM
of the concerned team explained that the team member didn’t provide his allocated parts.
All the project members shared their thoughts about their team and the issues facing and there
was a discussion with all the members on how to tackle the issues being bought up during the
class session.
Dr. Raj informed all the group members should record their meetings. For example, out of 16
meetings only 14 meetings were recorded then the teaching team considers only 14 meetings
into account.
The design of Pancake, design should focus on the design for preparing the pancake.
The evolution of the project proposal should address all the comments made by the teaching
team. Page no 10 figure 2, figure 4 on page 11 relate validation and the scenario with
PowerPoint slides (38 no’s), all the team members should familiar with the concepts.
The team members should be made a pancake design based on the requirement elicitation
PowerPoint, all the concepts should be implemented in the design. The team members should
familiar with this and the same concepts should be implemented into the group project.
Dr. Raj's requirement for the pancake is “ It is really cold and he needs something hot”.
The team should follow the use case, use case scenario, wireframe design, and then validate it.
The team should consider the equipment needed for preparing pancakes and take to account
that no readymade and restaurant to point out to Dr. Raj.
View pancake as a product, take it as and consider it as a software life cycle. Testing &
validation should be included and try to adopt it and relate it. The team should identify the end-
users, developers, etc and who are stakeholders and their requirements.
In this scenario Domain – cooking, programming. Marvel to be used for the design purpose.
The requirement elicitation process should be considered for making the Pancake.
Design section – Clarify the requirements with conscious od requirements.
Dr. Raj advised all the members to learn this pancake example and apply this in their projects.
Dr. Raj informed that everyone in the team should learn and know everything and the team
should brainstorm. The individuals should do the pre-readings. It is all about time management,
people management.
The Meeting minutes should be more in detail, all the individual discussions should be captured
and the contributions should be updated.
