Negativity and Personal Success..
What I am about to share with you is probably the oldest personal success
booster ever.


What do I mean by personal success?

I mean living the life filled with what YOU want in it. 

When you let others or circumstances decide for you, you can’t be successful.


In order to get there..

The very FIRST STEP is to get rid of negativity.


Don’t think it’s an easy task!



Negativity comes more often from us than from other people.

Therefore, most of the work is on improving yourself.


If you apply what’s in this report, you’ll be putting yourself on the high-speed
tracks for insane success and satisfaction in life.

Actually, I know how it feels. 



I’ve experienced that and it scared the
heck out of me.

I would often feel tired and look outside the window and start feeling that
something is missing in my life, that I don’t have what I want… 

Immediately after that I’d tell myself to forget about it and leave it for later.

But guess what? 



This feeling of lack sticks to you like glue to you throughout the day!

This is where negativity smoothes in your day.. 


To be honest, I became a master at turning myself down right at the get go.

This is how I (and most people) tuned up the whole day to the “how to have a
miserable day” channel. 


But we keep complaining that the environment is negative.. not us..

One day, my girlfriend told me that she was not having fun anymore living with
me..

No need to tell you that it hurt me really deep.

So I decided to ACT.


I looked for a way to get the passion flowing from the moment I wake up
until I fall asleep at the end of the day. And I found it!

In the next section I will explain to you the secret I used to kill negativity and
get the passion flowing throughout the whole day.

That’s all it takes.

Do you want to eradicate the negative from your life?



Start by eliminating it from your mind!


You have to look at your circumstances and your goal with a can-do attitude.

Practice looking at things with a cheerful eye, you will see opportunities others
can’t see.

You will maintain a happy feeling against all disappointment!


If you really got that, you’ll start using it and getting a positive mental attitude.

You will build yourself an indestructible personality and run after your goals to
finally achieve more than you ever dreamt possible!


When you can maintain a positive mind whatever the situation, you will win!

Don’t just stop there. We are still at the theory level here. An ounce of doing is
worth a pound theorising.

The TV program principle

What do you do when you don’t like a


TV program?

If you answered “I turn off the TV”, you


have got the second best answer!

Actually, you have to change the channel.


Here is why:

The brain is wired in such a way that, if you have negative and frustrating
thoughts, you cannot simply turn them off. 

You will keep attracting them until you focus on more cheerful thoughts.


Therefore, you’ve got to change the channel! 

You have to change your focus to think about things that make you feel good!


How do you do that?

1) Pay attention to how you feel.



If you feel bad, then you are thinking negatively. 


2) Acknowledge the feeling and the fear that has come up to create
that feeling. What is it exactly that you are feeling bad about?


3) Flip it to focus on the pleasant side.

You voluntarily order yourself to find the positive aspect of the situation.

Even if people around are stuck in the negative.

This is key because YOU want positive results in life (remember Dr Peale’s
quote in the previous section). So you get to be the creator of more “positive”.

It won’t come in 1 day. You will have to do the work consciously day after day
and it will become easier.

make everyday a TERRIFIC day.

In order to crystallise the success principles explained above into a habit, you’ll
want to create a routine for yourself. 


The following routine gets results 100% of the time. You have to perform it as
soon as you wake up.


STEP 1- Immediately take yourself out of bed.


This is your first self-discipline challenge. When you hit the snooze button, there
is 90% chance you have already accepted to procrastinate for the day.

STEP 2- Read a positive self-help book for at least 30min. 



Or watch a video teaching you how to get what you want in life.


Do this before doing anything else and focus exclusively on the book or the
video.

This is the first hour of the day.

You are most suggestible because your brain is in alpha stage. 



Therefore your brain will easily integrate the positive statements in the book and
impress it on your subconscious mind as a belief.

The best way to create a belief is to repeat a thought again and again.

STEP 3- Laugh for 15 seconds


I know it’s surprising but it works really well!

Medical studies have proven that laughing has incredible health benefits.

It makes you feel good by releasing endorphins as well.

It also tunes your thinking on fun and pleasantness which is a place where you
want to start your day.


Finally, it also helps to take a step back and release tremendous amount of
pressure.

STEP 4- Think about your goal in a positive, cheerful way as if you already
had it.

Imagine that you are getting something that you have been willing to get
or do for the past month.


And play the mental game of being grateful for having it already (in your mind).


You will start feeling better after 20 seconds of focused attention.


This way, you are focusing on the pleasant.

At the same time you are also creating a new belief. 

The belief that you can have your goal and this will help you move
mountains!

STEP 5- Only start the day after you have finished it


List down all your tasks for the day. 



Rank them in priority order (#1 is the most important to achieve your goals). 


Finally, make sure your mind is “impregnated” with what you want to achieve.

The biggest source of negativity is overwhelm.



So if you plan carefully and most of all, know very clearly what you expect from
this day..

The world is yours!

Just execute the plan: Act NOW!


But not only!
