CERTIFICATE (DIPLOMA) GENERATOR FOR KINDER, ELEMENTARY, JUNIOR HIGH

SCHOOL AND SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

All Concerned

1. The Schools Division Office thru ICT Services offices announces the use of Certificate
Generator for the printing of Certificates or Diploma of Kinder, Grade 6, Grade 10 and
Grade 12 completers

2. The tutorial video on the step-by-step guide on how to use the software can be viewed
in youtu.be/VlIHmneBIXc, and the download link for the Certificate Generator is on
the description of the video.

3. Certificates generated from the system has already the Schools Division
Superintendent’s signature. Please be aware that extracting the superintendent’s
signature in any means for other purposes is punishable by law.

4. All are required to use the Certificate Generator to have a uniform certificate for all
completers across the Division of Tarlac Province

5. All ICT Coordinators are requested to assist their co-teachers in using the Certificate
Generator
