1. Amazon Echo -This device is connected to Alexa, a voice-activated personal assistant that responds to
commands such as "Alexa," "Echo," or "Computer." This device has a number of features, such as
audiobooks, music playback, voice interaction, to-do lists, alarm clocks, podcast streaming, and so on.
If the wake word is recognized, the signal is sent to the cloud-based speech recognition software, which
translates the audio to text. And when converting the audio into text, Alexa can analyze the features of the users
voice such as frequency and pitch and the it will provide the users with features that will be used to translate the
audio into text.

2. Google Home Voice Controller - Google Assistant, the voice-recognition system found on the latest
Google Pixel phone, is used in the Google Home. The Home comes with two built-in far-field
microphones that are constantly listening in on your conversations and ready to respond when the right
trigger words are heard.
The Google Home will respond when you address it with “Hey Google” or “Ok Google”, not just with
“Google” so that the device won’t be accidentally triggered when you are casually discussing your google
searches. The device has no buttons, dials or switch although the microphone mute button is hidden in the back.
When you are giving it a command four LED lights will light up letting you know that it is listening to you.
Google Assistant uses Google Maps' intelligence to send you an address or a distance to a destination, as well as
traffic information, but it can't currently give you directions.
3. Wemo Smart Light Switch - This device allows you to control your light from the wall, with Wemo
app or with your other devices that connected to it. This smart light is connected to your existing Wi-Fi
network for you to have wireless control in your life. Wemo works seamlessly with Amazon Alexa,
Google Assistant and Apple Home Kit to give the user a hands-free voice control over your lights and
devices. Users can pair Wemo Light Switch with Alexa switch the users lights on and off with just the
user’s voice command.
4. Foobot Air Quality Monitor - Foobot is a reliable IoT device which is helpful in measuring indoor
pollution and leads to improved air quality in houses, workplace, and indoor public spaces. Foobot is an
indoor air quality monitor it can smell invisible, odorless pollutants in your environment and makes
them visible through its LED display. It often gives accurate results. The foobot connects easily to any
normal home WiFi network and it does work with dual-band routers, which is the case for most 5G
routers. The Foobot app educates the users on the cause and consequences of their activities and how
they affect air quality at each of the monitoring locations in their home. It also provides the user with
real-time readings and charts of each pollutant over a period of time, starting from day one. The users
will able to identify pollution sources and patterns more easily.
5. Nest Smoke Alarm – Nest Protect is designed to detect smoke and carbon monoxide in a residential
environment. It has multiple sensors to help it understand what is happening in your home and
pgotoelectric sensor to detect slow, smoldering fires. Nest protect can also be used as a single station or

6. Harmony Hub – Harmony Hub turns your smartphone or tablet into a remote system that controls your
home entertainment and intelligent home devices. You can change channels, volumes, favorite
programs, control your lights and other smart devices. With Harmony and Amazon Alexa or Google
Home, you can enjoy easy, hands-free control of all the things you love. Turn on your TV, change
channels, control volume, or start an Activity like “Good Morning” to play a favorite music playlist,
raise the blinds, set the lights, and warm the house temperature. Your voice makes it all work

7. JawBone UP - One of the most popular fitness bands around, Jawbone UP helps people to understand
their sleep cycles, move and eat better. The band is paired with an app that displays movement and sleep
details from the UP24 or UP band and delivers insights, celebrates milestones, and sets challenges. One
can even share achievements with friends by teaming up in the UP App.

8. Samsung Gear 2 - The Gear 2 from Samsung is an evolved smartwatch. The most important part of the
device is its 1.63-inch SUPER AM OLED display with 320 x 320-pixel resolution. However, the Gear 2
is restricted to just Samsung smartphone owners as it pairs with only a few select Samsung Galaxy
smartphones. One can use it to answer calls while driving. The notifications for emails and messages
appear on the phone. The Gear 2 runs on Tizen, and has a dual core 1GHz processor.

9. Dyson Digital Slim Vacuum - The Dyson Digital Slim vacuum was engineered for Asian homes as this
device can make your floor spotlessly clean. It's lighter and smaller than the previous models which
make it easier to use under couches and other tight spaces. Since this vacuum is cordless, you can clean
almost any part of the house. Hard floors and dust are no match for the vacuum's powerful suction,
thanks to its machine that's powered by a lightweight Dyson Hyperdymium motor and 11 precisely
engineered cyclones. 

10. Google Glass - This is the most talked about wearable eyegear in the world, a perfect example of
wearable technology. Google Glass displays information in a smartphonelike hands-free format.
Wearers communicate with the Internet via natural language voice commands. Wear this Glass and you
will have insight into all the world's knowledge, Google Search to be precise. It is a small LCD screen in
front of your eyes, controlled by both voice and touch - on the frame. You can make calls, surf the
Internet, record and share what you see.
