I. Objectives

Content Standard:
• The learner demonstrates understanding of lifestyle and weight
management to promote societal fitness.

Performance Standard:
• The learner maintains an active lifestyle to influence the physical
activity participation of the community and society
• The learner practices healthy eating habits that support an active
lifestyle
Learning Outcomes:

At the end of the lesson the grade 10 students are expected to apply the
following with 80% accuracy:
• describe the nature and movements of cheer dancing;
• execute the basic arm movements correctly; and
• create movements in coming up with your own choreographed Cheer
Dance.

Audience: Grade-10 students


Behavior:
• describe the nature and movements of cheer dancing;
• execute the basic arm movements correctly; and
• create movements in coming up with your own choreographed Cheer
Dance.
Condition: At the end of the lesson

seconds to form. When you

country, the UAAP
(University Athletic

Philippines.). In which they
have this Cheer dance

university in UAAP compete.

G. Guided Practice

we will have two groups.
