Accessing Your DaaS Desktop (Video Link)


1. Navigate to one of the URLs listed below for testing. Details for internal and external access are included.
a. Internal Access – From a State Street managed device on the State Street network, open a Web Browser
of your choice (Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer) and navigate to https://my.daas.statestr.com
b. External Access – From any device, on any network, open a Web Browser of your choice (Google
Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer) and navigate to https://remote.statestreet.com
2. Once you reach the portal, you will be able to login to the portal. Enter your State Street employee ID and
password and click ‘Log On’. For external access, you will need to enter your SecurID (Pin+ RSA Token).
3. After authentication, the portal will automatically check to see if your machine has Citrix Receiver installed.
When prompted, check the ‘Citrix license agreement’ box and click the ‘Install’ button. This will install Citrix
Receiver. ** Note: This step only needs to be completed once. If Citrix Receiver is already installed on your
machine, you can skip to the next step. If the Citrix receiver is already installed and if you are getting “ unknown
client error 1110”, you need to get 4.9.6 or later version of Citrix receiver installed in your computer. Please
access the below link(s) to download the Citrix receiver.

4. Once you have successfully logged in, you will see the main portal page as displayed below. If your desktop does
not automatically launch, click the “DaaS Win7 VDI” icon.

5. Wait for your desktop to load.

6. Once you have access to your desktop, navigate to the (Start Menu)  All programs & and launch
necessary applications.
