MINUTES OF FAMILY MEETING HELD ON THE 27TH OF MARCH, 2016

The meeting was declared opened at about 9:30am with a word of prayer by
papa, in the presence of Odeh, Agbo, Uloko and Ellah.

Thereafter, a short opening remark was made by papa, where he appreciated

every member of the family for all helps so far. Among other urgent issues
brought to the fore for consideration include the following:

Firstly, Monthly contribution; On this matter, Odeh Opined that there is need
to make a monthly financial donation to support the family in view of the
huge burden been incurred by papa. Agbo was also of thesame opinion. It
was therefore agreed that the four of us namely; Adeka, Odeh, Agbo and
Uloko will make a financial donation of at least two thousand five hundred
naira every two months stating from the end of April to assist the family. This
monthly donation will be made by four of us for now, since other members of
the family are not really working for now.

Secondly, Ellah’s school; After a brief background of Ellah’s academic

performance by papa where he stated his areas of strength (Mathematics &
English) and gave all necessary details about his JAMB score; on a careful
appraisal of the information it was noticed that his JAMB score will not fetch
him a University degree program. It was resolve that he should explore all
possible ways at College of Education Oju towards the attainment of Nigeria
certificate in Education because of his intention to build a career in teaching.

Thirdly, family account opening: the family account opening process was
brought to the fore, this is because of the need to have a place to run to in
case of emergency. The family resolve that it should be put on hold until we
have a full house where Dr. Adeka & Dr. Tinu who are the eldest son &
daughter of family respectively and other members namely; Oliye, Emiene
Oche, etc. will be present.

Fourthly, Madam’s health papa narrated how Madam’s health has

deteriorated and thank every member of the family for their financial support
geared towards ameliorating her health condition. Odeh was of the opinion
that her medical records should be put together in view to helping in
exploring ways of assistance from T.Y. Danjuma foundation. The meeting
finally came to close at 12:30pm with all resolutions accepted by the family.
The meeting was thereafter adjourned to another date which will be
communicated to every member of the family by papa.
