Agra. India's 75% of footwear production comes from the
unorganized sector of the shoe manufacturing industry.

 EVA stands for Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate. That is an
elastomeric polymer that produces materials which are
"rubber-like" in softness and flexibility. It is a plastic made
by combining ethylene and vinyl acetate to create rubber
like properties which can be used for shoe soles.
 first of all ethylene Vinyl Acetate is heated in a press these
molds are one by two size.
when the press opens the EVA POPS out! Now these
blanks are ready for final pressing.
EVA blanks are placed into the molds this is called 'hot
press ' EVA or CMEVA compreseion molded EVA The heat
will cause the EVA to remelt and expand.
EVA provides the best shock-absorbing qualities, which is
why big-brand shoe makers like to use it. It is light, very
flexible, and has high elasticity. Plus, it can take almost any
