1. I have read and understood the rules / guidelines for the internship and
project work.

2. I am aware that I must promptly respond to the calls / emails (from faculty
guide / coordinator) during project work.

In case if I am out of reach / any change in mobile number / email id during

the project work I must duly communicate to the faculty guide and coordinator
in advance by email ONLY.

3. I am NOT permitted to change the selected TITLE / COMPANY once

approved.

4. I understand the importance of regular interaction with my faculty guide

during the project work and my sincere contribution along with phase wise
submission of quality work within due date is very important for my score.

5. It is my responsibility to promptly update the faculty guide / coordinators

with any type of challenges if I face during my SIP work.

6. I am aware of the Parameters for Evaluation Process of SIP work (like

student attitude, prompt response and regular interaction with the faculty guide
for generating quality work, timely submission of reports, format and content of
the report, plagiarism percent, student performance in Viva-Voce exam) of SIP
and I will abide by the rules of evaluation process.

Incase if I violate any of the rules / guidelines / furnish wrong contact details I
understand that I will be solely responsible for future challenges and I will abide
by the decision made by the College Committee.
