    Title: LUBE OIL FILTER CHANGE OVER Section No.: 13

    Sr.No. Description

    Change over of LO filter proceed as stated below.

    1 Filter DP is high enough to change the running filter on to stand by filter.

    2 Ensure that stand by filter is provided with filter element, which is replaced with a new one.

    3 Open the vent of the filter.

    4 Crack- open the filter equalizer line.

    5 See that air is coming out of filter, close vent as soon as full bore liquid comes out of it.

    6 Operate change over mechanism.

    7 Observe that filter DP has come down to minimum DP position in the indicator.

    8 Close the equalizer line. Now chocked filter is isolate and fresh stand by filter is in service.
