Narrative Report on Project REDI:

Reinforce and Equip SHS students to make
Decisions about their future Including career goals
Project REDI or Project Reinforce and Equip SHS students to make Decisions about their future
Including career goals is a webinar series that aims to help the SHS learners of Northville 15 Integrated School
to organize their thoughts in decision making for their future career goals. Different renowned resource speakers
from different companies and succesful businesses were invited to share their expertise to the students when it
comes to the important points to remember when deciding about the careers they want to pursue for their
professional and individual growth. The series took place in six days. The first two days were about the
webinars, the third and fourth day focused on the career orientation nad for the fifth and sixth day is a job
interview simulation. The said project was proposed by Dr. Glenda N. Naguit, Master Teacher I and the OIC
Assistant SHS Principal of NV15IS. The SHS teachers and Dr. Naguit worked hand in hand to make sure about
the success of the program.
Day 5 (May 28, 2021)
The fifth day of the Northville 15 Integrated School’s webinar series titled “Project REDI: Reinforce
and Equip SHS students to make Decisions about their future Including career goals”, the first day of the
2-day Job Interview simulation wherein the English teachers of NV15IS -SHS checked the students’ resume
during the interview simulation where they are expected to showcase what they learned in managing a job
interview. These resume’ were uploaded and available thru google drive per Section for an easy access of the
Interviewer/s.

There were three class sections which were scheduled simultaneously from 8:30 in the morning until
12:00 noon. There was a single interviewer intended for each section and was facilitated by the Class’
respective advisers. All Job Interview Simulation were scheduled and accomplished via google meet to observe
safety protocols this time of Pandemic.
12 Citrine (Technical and Vocational Livelihood - Cookery )
The students were scheduled and asked to participate on the Job Interview Simulation with our guest
Interviewer Ms. Gina Louise Mago. At 8:00 in the morning the students joined the Google Meet with their class
adviser Mr. Dexter T. Tumbado, who also serves as the facilitator. The virtual meeting started with a prayer and
some introduction from the facilitator before the actual Job Interview simulation began, facilitator introduced
their Guest Interviewer for their section - Ms. Gina Louise Mago,a Registrar III in Angeles City National High
School and a former English College instructor. The resume’ were presented during the interview by the
facilitator in the Google Meet together with the questions from Ms. Gina. The whole interview went smoothly
according to the interviewer, she also stated that she was amazed on how the students answered her questions.
She also commended some resume’ in which the that the webinar really helped the students a lot.

There are a total of 25 attendees from 12 Citrine during the interview. The facilitator presented the Certificate to
the Interviewer. After the interview they also had a “question and answer” portion with the Class adviser and he
also gave some comments and recommendations that the students can use or apply in the near future. A video of
Doc Glenda N. Naguit was presented as the closing remarks of the webinar.

12 Tanzanite (Technical and Vocational Livelihood - ICT-B )
The students were scheduled to participate on the Job Interview Simulation at 8:30 in the morning, the
students joined the Google Meet with their class adviser Ms. Charmaine Joemaica J. Sapigao, who also serves
as the facilitator. The virtual meeting started with a prayer and some introduction from the facilitator before the
actual Job Interview simulation began, facilitator introduced their Guest Interviewer for their section - Ms.
Gellie May Perez, a SHS Teacher II at Angeles City National High School. The resume’ were provided via
google drive by the facilitator in the Google Meet before the Interview Started. There were scheduled students
to be interviewed unfortunately some students had an technical problem with their connection, so the interview
was continued whoever was available. The Interviewer shows how flexible she was because she can act as an
HR in different field of works.

After the interview, all students joined the link to hear the final message from the interviewer and the
facilitator to award the Certificate of recognition.A total of 14 Students were interviewed. Afterwards, a video
of Doc Glenda N. Naguit was presented as the Closing Remarks of the Program.
12 Alexandrite (Accountancy and Business Management)
The students were scheduled to participate on the Job Interview Simulation at 8:30 in the
morning, the students joined the Google Meet with their class adviser Mr. Jeral S. Reyes, who also serves as the
facilitator and assisted by Sir Erwin Maniago, their ABM subject teacher. The virtual meeting started with a
prayer and some introduction from the facilitator before the actual Job Interview simulation began, facilitator
introduced their Guest Interviewer for their section - Mrs. Mary Rose G. Vergara, a SHS Teacher II at Angeles
City National High School. There were a total of 12 students who participated and interviewed.

After the job Interview the facilitator awarded the Certificate of Appreciation to the Interviewer and
presented the video of Doc Glenda N. Naguit for the Closing Remarks.
All three classes’ interview were finished earlier than expected time frame because some students who
didn’t attend due to their work schedule and some weren’t able to attend due to the technical error in their
internet connection.
Day 6 (May 29, 2021)

the 2-day Job Interview simulation wherein the English teachers of NV15IS -SHS checked the students’ resume

students joined the Google Meet with Mr. Jasmer Gadi, who serves as the facilitator and assisted by Mariecon
Hipolito, Garnet’s class adviser. The virtual meeting started with a prayer and some introduction from the
facilitator before the actual Job Interview simulation began, facilitator introduced their Guest Interviewer for
their section - Mrs. Robert Chattlyn T. Santos, a former Instructor at Mabalacat City College. There were a total
of 21 students who participated and interviewed.

facilitator. The virtual meeting started with a prayer and some introduction from the facilitator before the actual
Job Interview simulation began, facilitator introduced their Guest Interviewer for their section -Ms.Eunice
Calaguas, a Senior High School English teacher at Santos Ventura National High in Mabalacat City.Instructor
at Mabalacat City. There were only two students who participated and interviewed out of 12 students.

D.Litt, DSW, Ph.D(hc), DPHIL, DCC, D.Hum, DHP, DDiv., LHD, FOPd, an ESL Teacher. There were six
students who participated and interviewed out of 14 students.

Northville 15 Integrated School Senior High School has 6 sections for the school year 2020-2021.
Despite of Pandemic we had a lot of students who are willing to pursue their studies even though most of our
students in this school year are working student they still attend such programs that may help them improve
themselves and will be able to be more prepared in their future.
