PROJECT PROPOSAL

I. Project Title:
Project “Health is Wealth “SCES
II. Project Proponent:
This project is headed by the School Health Coordinator, School Head,
Teachers, Brgy. Officials & other stakeholders.

III. Project Rationale:

The proverb 'Health is wealth' means that one's health is the greatest
wealth. The definition of health is a state of a person's physical, mental,
emotional, and social well-being. ... Every person must maintain good
health. It makes them feel good and positive.
This gives large meaning to our life, as health is considered the most
valuable and precious for every individual. ... Good health means not only
the absence of disease in the body but a complete physical, mental, social as
well as spiritual well-being of an individual.
IV. Project Objectives:
 Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the surroundings.
 Orient parents and learners in maintaining good personal hygiene
and good health
 Impart the importance of frequent disinfecting
 Practice handwashing in and out of the school

V. Project Description:
The Health is Wealth project is to inform parents and learners that being
healthy is more important than being rich. This simply implies that health
strongly influences a person’s capability to enjoy wealth if a person healthy.
The project really a tool that will guide the clienteles to be healthy always to
enjoy wealth.

VI. Project Duration:

The Project Health is Wealth “SCES will last till the school year ends.

VII. Target Beneficiaries:

Parents and learners will be more benefited with the project formulated
by the school.

VIII. Proposed Budget:

The budget allotted to the project coming from the school MOOE is Php
50,000 the entire school year and school will look for addition fund coming
from the stakeholders and other donors for the shortage fund.

IX. Monitoring and Evaluation:

Monitoring of the project should be done monthly to monitor the practice
of being healthy.
