PROJECT PROPOSAL

I. Project Title:
Project “Laging Handa Kami “ SCES

II. Project Proponent:

This project is headed by the School Health Coordinator, School DRRM
Coordinator, School Head, and Teachers.

III. Project Rationale:

COVID-19 pandemic has confirmed the close link between health and
disaster risk reduction. The school needs to strengthen DRRM unit as well
as the health to be aware on the present situation of the country and the
people as well. Everybody must participate in reducing the risk and impact
of the disease outbreaks.
 
IV. Project Objectives:
 Purchase and procure DRRM equipment and other emergency
supplies
 To orient teacher and other concerns what to do when there is an
emergency scenario.
 To improve school DRRM room.

V. Project Description:
The “Laging Handa Kami “ SCES is a project that will everybody ready in
times of emergency and in time of pandemic. Also, it will improve the
awareness of the teachers, parents and learners in this new normal of
education.

VI. Project Duration:

The Laging Handa Kami “SCES project will last till the school year ends.

VII. Target Beneficiaries:

Parents, teachers, and learners will be more benefited with the project
formulated by the school.

VIII. Proposed Budget:

The budget allotted to the project coming from the school MOOE is Php
30,000 the entire school year and school will look for addition fund coming
from the stakeholders and other donors to improve more the school DRRM
room.

IX. Monitoring and Evaluation:

Monitoring of the project should be done monthly to monitor the
readiness of the school in times of emergency.
