Greetings of love and peace!

May I request your good office for the following materials for our Duplo Machine: 25 inks
and 9 master rolls. As much as we want to reproduce all our AS to all our learners for the
whole year our budget could not afford it. Digitization of ASs is also our priority to minimize
the burden of reproduction, but our school internet is not that stable and connection for our
learners is not yet well-established to handle such downloading.

Our school has already printed activity sheets for the 50% our population for the first to fifth
week of the second quarter from our 2020 MOOE savings and we need to reproduce the
succeeding weeks and quarters that is why we fervently ask your assistance for this matter.
When the time comes our internet connection is stable enough to handle large number of
users to download our AS’s we will utilize the digitize copy.

For your guidance and information here is the computation for the reproduction of our
Learner’s Activity Sheets (LAS) for the 6th week onwards of the second quarter alone.
