Portal Account Ownership
Ensure sufficient Salesforce Owner Users are available to ensure person account portal users assignment to the Salesforce
Owner User stays within the limit
Eliminate the possibility of potential service disruptions because of exceeding these limits, for example:
registration of new myWorkSafe users
performance issues in myWorkSafe role assignments
performance issues in security sharing calculations

Matching Person Account during registration

Capturing Personal Information to Identify and Match Person Accounts
Improved data quality due to reducing the number of duplicate accounts created when new myWorkSafe users register for an
account.

Account Switching
Improvements to user experience by enhancing the Account Switching page

Account Switching
 Introduced Account Switching option upon Login
 Removed the portal navigation header to avoid confusion and distraction for the user.
 Added unread alerts notifications and Next button.
 Enhancements in Account Switching whilst logged in
 Unread alerts notifications.
 Display green border around selected account on account switching page to improve contrast and comply
with accessibility standards.
 Account switching enhancements in mobile version
 Removed switch account menu dropdown from the home page & added it under the menu area.
 Addressed the accessibility issue in the menu area where the focus escaped from the menu for Keyboard
users.

1. Creation of new field for the custom setting

‘Is Part of Notification and Calculation’ is the new field created to identify the existing Portal Account Owner
availability
• Is Part of Notification and Calculation = ‘Yes’ for newly added account owners
• Is Part of Notification and Calculation = ‘No’ for existing account owners

2. Creation of Alerts in Salesforce

When myWorkSafe Account Owners are exhausting then different types of alerts are created to notify
Support Admin
• myWorkSafe portal users has reached 50% of its usage limit
• myWorkSafe portal users has reached 95% of its usage limit
• myWorkSafe portal users has reached 98% of its usage limit
• myWorkSafe Account Owner created through automated process
