ask that you remember…Shut-ins of the parish.
My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy
Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I desire to receive
You into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive You
sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace
You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You.

WORLDWIDE MARRIAGE ENCOUNTER

ST. JAMES “MINI FEST” 2021

SUNDAY (August 8) - 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
St. James Catholic Church, Neshkoro, is having a
“MINI-FEST” Sunday, August 8, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
(attached to this bulletin is a list of the picnic workers).
There will be a Silent Auction, Kids games, Pull Tabs,
Dice Game, Beer Garden, Food Booth serving hot ham
sandwiches, burgers and brats. The Big Raffle Drawing will be
at 2:00 PM. The ham & chicken dinner for this year is cancelled
due to virus concerns.
Tickets for the Big Raffle are available in church at the front
table for any visitors who wish to support the parish. Thank you.
Do you hunger for a deeper love in your marriage? Let Jesus fill
your hunger by attending the next in person Worldwide Marriage
Encounter Weekend on August 20-22 (Madison, WI),
September 17-19 (Geneva, IL), or October 15-17 (Madison, WI).

ST. JOHN’S CHURCH PICNIC - How can you help?
Saturday, August 14 – We will need help setting up the gym
for dinner and the different areas outside.
Sunday, August 15 – We will need your delicious homemade
pies and cakes. We will need people to help complete the setup
9:00 - 11:00 AM, then 11:00 – 2:00 PM serve dinner, clean
tables, wash dishes, park cars, supervise games, bartend and
then finish outside cleanup at 3:00 PM. All help is greatly
appreciated. Please give an hour or two of your time. A signup
sheet is located in each entryway, or call Dawn (920) 229-4878
or Sarah (920) 229-1566.

ST. JAMES PICNIC – BAKE SALE
Don’t forget the Bake Sale at our St. James “Mini Fest”!! We
know we have a lot of wonderful bakers out there. We are in
need of your delicious prepackaged bakery items for the
Bake Sale (i.e. cookies 6 per package).
• If you wish to bring baked goods in on Friday, August 6,
from 9:00–11:00 AM, please see Mary Klier in the Rectory.
• If you would like to bring in the baked goods on Saturday,
August 7, from 3:00 – 4:00 PM, or Sunday, August 8,
before Mass, there will be some tables in church to place
the items on.

ST. JAMES PICNIC – Where your help is needed

• Thursday, August 5, at 5:00 PM -- The Lions need your
help with the big tent. Weather permitting, the tent will be
set up for the St. James “Mini Fest”.

• Friday, August 6 at 8:00 AM – we will set up for the

Mini-Fest.

• Monday, August 9, at 4:30 PM – the Lions will take down

the big tent (weather permitting).
