• Responsible for overall Strategy of the Vertical, driving business growth and expansion,
Customer and Market Analysis.
• Strategic sourcing, procurement, Vendor Negotiations, curating the catalogue &
competitive analysis & Pricing for categories like Furniture and décor & Furnishings.
• Building up online brands CLD Furniture and My Deco style and launching the B2B and

• Heading the procurement and supply chain for categories like furniture, mattress, lights
and other such categories centrally, for PAN India across all business.
• Responsible for all the new product developments, working closely with the design,
brand and business team to launch a new business and its scalability.
• Responsible for New vendor development and onboarding. Vendor negotiation and
Stakeholder management.
• Developed SKU-Level supply and demand planning models ensuring optimum stock
levels are maintained avoiding stock-outs and over-stocking.
• Cost manager for the purchase of full capital expenditure budget over 30cr per month for
furniture, lights and other categories all across. Managing over 400 SKUs across
categories.
Achievements
• Ensured OTIF% are meeting targets and all properties are on time live. Improved
OTIF% from 90% to 98%.
• Have managed to reduce the costs by 30% ( Room cost from 35k to 25k) Q3 FY 19-20,
and 20% (from 25k-20k) cost reduction in Q4 FY 19-20
