C. Mini test

He recieves a newspaper in 7 A.M everyday. But the past few days, the newspaper have
been late, it’s mean it comes after he go to work at 8 A.M. He can buy the newspaper
from his way to work but he’d like to read it while he eat breakfast. Therefore, he is so
disappointed because he paid an extra fee for the delivery and now the delivery service is
late. Maybe he will cancel his subscription to the service in the future if the service
supporter doesn’t call him to propose a solution for the problem.
Solution:
Hi, this is the message for Mr. Johnson. This is Dat, the service supporter from ABC
delivery service, and I’m returning your call. We’re sorry to hear that you received the
newspaper very late and you are disappointed about our service. It must have been a
delivery staff shortage because the appearance of covid-19. We’re going to arrange for
someone to deliver the newspaper to you in time and we will free you the extra fee within
1 year. Thanks again for calling. Please let us know if you have any questions. And again,
we’re sorry for any inconvenience.
