II. Materials/Equipments:
 Alcohol dispenser/bottle spray (2)
 Tables (2)
 Red masking tape
 Printed quarantine pass
 Thermo gun (2)
 Contact tracing form
 Folder (2)
 Social distancing signage
 Facemask face shield signage
 Mask and face shield
 Foot bath (if available)
III. Objectives:
1. To resocialize regressed and apathetic residents
2. To reawaken the residents’ interest in their environment
3. To prevent disengagement
4. To increase the residents’ interest in reality
5. To stimulate thinking as the residents focuses on simple objective
aspects of everyday life
IV. Setting: Happy Home Foundation Incorporated – Covered Court

V. Mechanics with time allotment:


TIME MECHANICS/ACTIVITY
15 Minutes A. Discussion:
1. Face mask and face shield
2. Quarantine pass
3. Contract tracing form/logbook
4. Temperature check
5. Sanitize before entry
6. Social distancing
15 Minutes B. Simulation Activity (Entering an
establishment):
1. First, have the residents go to the
activity area (where the entrance is
placed)
2. Once the residents are in the
entrance area, have them fall in
line while following the foot
markings in front of the entrance
3. After that, have the residents do
the following:
a. Write the needed
information in the contact
tracing form
b. Have the residents’
temperature checked
c. Then, have the residents
show their quarantine pass
to the person acting as a
security guard
d. After that, have the
residents sanitize their
hands using an alcohol
dispenser or spray bottle
and if available, have them
step on a foot bath
e. After being sanitized, the
residents are now inside
and should follow the foot
markings leading back to
the area where their seats
are located and have them
sit down.

entering a public establishment?

2. What did you feel when you saw the “New Normal” Protocols or new laws
when entering an establishment?
