Range of Robot Cost Based on Size and Capability

Determine which robot you will need based on the reach and payload and other specifications
needed for your robotic work cell design and polishing/deburring tasks – robot reach and payload
are available by searching through robot’s data sheet.

Industrial robots have base price, but this price can vary:

• Robot cost varies with the size of the robot and its attendant servo motors and controllers.
• Collaborative robots have many added features that make this a more expensive option

Costs below are averages base on the size and capability and not exact pricing:

• Small (Delta robot and Articulated Arm) for payloads up to 7kg and reach up to 1 meter
$35,000 to 55,000
• Medium (Medium and large Delta robots, Medium Articulated Arm robots) for payloads
from 7+kg to 20kg and robot reach up to 1.8 meters
$60,000 to $90,000
• Large Articulated Arms, for payloads from 20+kg to 80kg, and robot reach up to 2.20 meters
$95,000 to $120,000
• Large Articulated Arms for payloads up to 360 kg payload and/or reach up to 2.65 meters
$125,000 to $180,000
• Heavy Duty Articulated Arms for payload capacity and reaches beyond 360kg and 2.7
meters, prices change quickly ranging from
