1. I must do exercises to maintain heart rate and good muscle mass.


2. If we drink a lot of water regularly our body will be more hydrated.
3. Fruits and vegetables do well to our digestive system
4. Have adequate hours of rest to sleep; releases stress.
5. Giving time to our mental health makes us have a psychological
release.
6. Take protein and consume carbohydrates to a considerably light
extent.
7. Regularly access the doctor to receive a routine check-up ' to have a
control of our failures in the body.
8. Take vitamin supplements for the bones and avoid anemias.
9. Have things to be entertained with and leave a good knowledge, such
as books, documentaries, etc. ...
10. Maintain a constant movement of muscles, to avoid atrophy of the
bones.
11. Maintaining routines and schedules to maintain discipline and
organization has our lives.
12. We can choose to adopt some pet to increase the production of
oxytocin.
13. Only take prescription medications and not self-medicate.
14. Avoid excessive consumption of narcotics that can damage our
respiratory system. (But it's better if we don't consume them).
15. If we avoid excessive alcohol consumption, our liver may stay in good
condition for longer (but it's better if we don't consume them).
