All players participating in the event will have to set up a webcam (via
laptop or smart devices), and login into Zoom throughout the entire
event. Players are not allowed to leave their table while their game is
being played. Chief Arbiter has the right to penalized including
disqualifying players who breached the regulations including expelling
them from the tournament.

Please download and read the MCF Rules and Regulations for Playing
OTHER
Online from Home to ensure that you know what needs to be done to set
INFORMATION up your webcam video, table set up, internet and other matters when
playing in our event.

Players are also required to use their real names when registering in
TORNELO.

All Chief Arbiter’s decision – in the event of a dispute, will be

deemed as final.

The Organizer and/or the Malaysian Chess Federation (MCF) has the
rights to add, delete, change, or otherwise amend the rules and
regulations – including the schedule and format of the event, as and when
necessary, without providing any notices to all the players involved.

Players are recommended to check any announcement at the MCF official

website via www.malaysiachess.org for changes and updates from time
to time.
