I. Players Roster
1. The Mobile Legends Registration Form (bit.ly/1stNationalConflictsofLawML) shall be
editable until Friday, November 12, 11:59PM, to accommodate changes in the teams’
roster.
2. Substitution shall be done 15 minutes before the scheduled time of the game and shall
be limited to the seven (7) registered players of a team. In-game substitution is not
allowed.
3. Players shall be verified through the following Discord channel before a game starts:
bit.ly/1stNCOLMLDiscord

II. Game Mechanics

1. A network test shall be conducted before a game starts.
2. The red and blue side shall be determined via toss coin (justflipacoin.com).
3. The tournament shall use the double-elimination method (winners’/losers’ bracket),
which means that a team shall be eliminated after losing twice.
NOTE: In the Finals round, the winner of the losers’ bracket shall defeat the winner of
the winners’ bracket twice to be declared as the champion.
4. The competing teams for the first set of games shall be determined after the deadline of
registration. The game master shall announce the next sets of competing teams after
each set of games. The bracketing of competing teams shall be determined using
Challonge.
5. The games shall be in Custom and Draft Pick mode.
6. The team captain shall add the game master (ID: Duralexsedlex / 98058209) so the latter
can invite the former to the lobby. After being invited to the lobby, the team captain
shall invite his/her teammates.
7. If a team is not ready to play 15 minutes after the official time of their scheduled game,
the team shall be disqualified from said game.
8. There shall be no in-game pauses in all games.
9. After every game, the team captains shall send a screenshot of the game results to the
game master.
NOTE: The game master and/or her co-officers may not be able to spectate all games.
Hence, the team captains are expected to uphold the integrity of the games.
10. All players are expected to play with sportsmanship and respect to all players and
organizers.
