On behalf of the English Department of Silway-8 National High School, I

would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who made this Virtual English Festival 2021
possible and successful.

Thank you to our very supportive school principal, Sir Roel Penaflorida, our ever dynamic Master
Teacher of the English Department, Sir Ah M. Tan, and to all the teachers, specially to the passionate
and dedicated English teachers. Despite the hectic schedules and monitoring here and there, you still
supported this event, given your precious time and effort, and for that, we APPRECIATE YOU!

To all the students who participated in this program, CONGRATULATIONS in advance. Whatever be the
results, know that you are already a winner. Yes, you are winner because you tried. Not everyone has
the guts and confidence to do so, but you took the chance to showcase your talent and skill. And for
that, congratulations.

As we have witnessed today, all of our efforts definitely paid off!

Humbly, today, we are making history again, as this is our first ever Virtual Culmination Program for the
English Festival. And this won’t happen without you all. So again, we THANK YOU and
CONGRATULATIONS!
