Duties & Responsibilities IncIudes in office:-

 Offer /Order review and check (Technicality & financially) of projects.


 Final drawing & finishes approval from Clients
 Request materials & coordination from factory as per final order.
 Develop project plan including scheduling and capacity planning and quality assurance.
 Site preparation, safety norms & meeting on site before start of InstaIIation.
 Preparing & submission InstaIIation programs by using MS projects timely.

Duties & Responsibilities IncIudes at sites:-


 Ensure safety and quality throughout the entire project.
 Supervising Installation Works of Elevators & Escalators in all sites.
 Attend Weekly Site Coordination Meetings with Construction Managers, Engineers,
Architects, Clients & other trades.
 Project Management, Manpower Allocation & Forecasting of Projects are included in our
Daily & Over-all performance /activities at the site.
 Monitor the InstaIIation progress of the works; attend to quality checks (QC) inspections &
hand-over of elevators/escalators to Owner.
 Responsible for planning the logistics for transporting the materials to site, arranging store to
keep the materials at site.
 Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated construction or modernization projects
to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished safely, within prescribed time
frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through per
supervisors.
 Responsible for the direct day to day supervision, scheduling, direction, hiring and discipline
of the field forces.

 Responsible for attending all of the sites which are currently working on and will attend
regular site meetings for the projects.
 Responsible for review of drawing, documents prior submission to client / consultants.
 Responsible for the assignment of duties to the Field Operations Support Person as and
when required.

(tickets)

1. Enviromental Health & Safety duties & responsibilities in the area.


 Actively participate in departmental safety meetings and review issues and progress
 Ensure that issues identified in the Risk Assessment (JHA) process are mitigated or
controlled in accordance with assigned responsibilities and schedules.
 Participate and facilitate participation of employees in the area in EH&S training and TBT as
per EH&S plan.
 Conduct EH&S inspection/audit as per assigned quota and ensure completion of corrective
actions within targeted completion date.
 To conduct FPA and complete corrective actions within targeted completion date.

 Meet clients regularly for relationship development
 Communicate with examiners on regular basis, take care of their problems and create

 Correspond with clients for renewal of maintenance contract as and when necessary
 Two months prior to the expiry of free service contract date inspect the elevator
 Negotiate price fixation with clients for new contracts.
 Handle contract conversions when necessary.
 Lead employees to complete given task and facilitate them in case of need.
