Answer the following questions below. Write your answers in the space provided.
1. What was/were the emotion(s) you encircled from I the previous activity?
I've been feeling these emotions once in a while I get to encounter and experience
various situations that lead me to feel the emotions I have chosen from above.
Every day I feel various emotions and among those many emotions, I often
have the emotion of being happy, sad, excited, worried, sleepy, distracted, and
lonely. I am happy because I get so lucky to wake up every day knowing that I have
my family and friends. My happiness is rooted from them, whenever they are okay
and are happy then, I will be also. Other than that, I can feel the happiness within
me whenever I got to do the things that I love and be able to do good things to
others and to oneself. Sadness, despite of everything that could make me happy,
sadness still manage to knock on the doors of emotions. At day time, I found myself
perfectly fine but whenever I am alone especially at night I will just found myself
being eaten by sadness. It is maybe because I have so much to carry and I do really
felt very empty. It’s weird but I don't know, all I have in mind is that I am sad
without knowing the reason why. Excited, this past few days I am having the feeling
of being excited for I can't really wait to see my father and for him to be with us
again since he is a seaman and he’s always away from us. Now he is still being
quarantine, and from each day that passes, I am excited for him to finally come
home. Worried, when it comes to the health of my mother, I often felt worried
especially that she has been hospitalized twice for the month of January. I can't bear
to watch my mom being sick that's why I am always worried about her condition.
Sleepy, this past few days I often felt sleepy for I am a night person and that I love to
do things at night. Apart from that, I also find a hard time sleeping and end up
sleeping late that's why in the morning I felt so sleepy. Distracted, lately I am
distracted by so many things. My thoughts were getting into somewhere else that I
can’t control. Sometimes, I tend to overthink too much. Lastly, me, being lonely. I
have my family and friends with me, but, there are some instances where I felt so
alone, as if no one was there, as if no one would care to listen and understand how I
feel and end up crying and having a self-pity.
