notices dated 11 June 2019 from the City Accountant’s Office of Manila. It
was only upon receipt of this subpoena that the undersigned or the barangay
have known of the existence of said notices.

3. Though the undersigned never received said notices, compliance thereof

were made by the timely submission of all the relevant transaction
documents to the City Accountant’s Office of ____.

4. The undersigned confirms it has promptly complied to the submission of all

the required transaction documents with the City Accountant’s Office of
_____ since his assumption of office on 01 July 2018.

This Certification is being executed to attest to the truth and veracity of the
