AFFIDAVIT
I, BEN S. ACLAN of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen and a resident
of 157 D. Silang St., Batangas City under oath state:

That on October 29, 2015 my brother LUIS S. ACLAN the trustee of

“Aclan Family Trust” executed a Special Power of Attorney authorizing me
to sell a parcel of land particularly Lot 9, Block 7 located in Balagtas,
Batangas City and covered by TCT No. T-61950 before Consul, Rea G.
Oreta;

That having been acknowledged in a foreign country the

abovementioned document did not bear my acceptance;

That I hereby accept the authority granted to me by LUIS S. ACLAN in

the abovementioned document and I will faithfully execute the same in
accordance with law;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
