INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING PACKAGE

For this specific project Pureviding following installation & commissioning;

1. The installation & commissioning will be carried out free of cost in the
supervision of our engineers / technicians.
2. The total installation and commissioning job is around 1 week
3. The Pure engineers / technicians also provide the necessary training
without any commercial claims to your staff on the installed unit [at
site]
4. Our technical team will perform installation & commissioning services.
5. During installation, food, accommodation of staff will be your
responsibility;

PRICE SUMMARY

Price of water softener plant

PKR: 85,000/- only
Transportation of goods not included

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our proposal is based upon the data & information provided by procurement
team;
In case of change at any stage in the client provided data & information,
which may require design changes and result in price variation i.e., increase
or decrease, the same shall be mutually agreed.

MOD OF PAYMENT:
a) 80% advance through cheque /cash.
b) 20% at the time of delivery of plant.
Note: In case of delay in installation & commissioning due to reasons not
attributable to Bio Pure the payment under (b) shall released maximum after
30 days from the date of delivery of equipment at site.

DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT:

10 days from the date of order confirmation and receiving of advance in our account.
 VALIDITY OF PROPOSAL: 15-days

G.S.T, I.Tax:

Not included in the price;

EXCLUSIONS:

 Single or 3-Phase electric connection with sockets in plant room.

 Civil works relating to R.C.C foundation and structures / room.
 All required chemicals, utilities, manpower and consumables.
 Incoming / Outgoing / Drain lines.
 Feed water quality [within describe limits]
 Any item or services not specified in our offer.

GUARANTEE:

Any damage due to fire, water, rain, earthquake, disaster situation

Ormishandling will not accommodate, cost of equipment will charge

separately on standard prices;

Parts replacement (at the time of need) will be

charge on standard prices.
