elderly/0ver 55, Housing provides dignity, how about giving funds to the businesses that were most drastically negatively impacted by the shut down - hotels, nail salons, alteration businesses, etc, Human Trafficking; also getting PFAS chemicals out of
our drinking water and wastewater., I think that the front line health care workers need to be compensated for their time off work if the contracted Covid-19. For many of our front line workers were forced to use vacation & personal time if they
wanted to receive a pay check for their time, If the applicable regs. allow, set some aside for Metro's rainy day fund., Improved bus routes and availability. Could we think ahead and build a local transit system that does not put automobiles first?
Pedestrian and bicycle access and safety. More sidewalks, crosswalks, multiuse paths, increased pay for all of government workers, Internet Access in the Westend and outlying rural areas., Invest in organizations that prevent crime and violence, Invest
in renewable energy industry to create good jobs, improve public health, and increase the viability and sustainability of our city long-term., Law enforcement, Libraries are awesome but I could only pick three., Local Food Systems/Food Security, Lost
and Homeless animals of Jefferson County, Low interest loans for homeowners to fixup theirs homes, Maintenance/ clean up, Maternal mental health, Mental Health, Mental Health & Wellness, Mental health and substance abuse intervention, Metro

rid of all the one way streets that go through residential areas, Nice park in pleasure ridge park with a walking track would be great , flood wall is hot and not safe to walk. There are no parks in pleasure ridge with walking , running area., Open up top of
Iroquois Park, Opportunity Youth, Our district boundaries, Outdoor spaces that are safe free and accommodating are a must. We need safe spaces for drug users like we need safe spaces for children. Everyone deserves to be cared for, Parent Education
for Prevention, Parental education, Paristown Green, pave roads, lock up criminals, Pave side, Pay business downtown owners for their losses due to riots and looting during protests. They well deserved this as the LMPD were not allowed to protect
them., Pay the ESSENTIAL WORKERS, Paying people their unemployment benefits that have been waiting a year without payment!, Paying Waste Management employees with bonuses because they’ve been on the frontlines since the start of the
pandemic!!!, Pension fund debt, People, Permanent Supportive Housing for Homelessness, Police, Fire & EMS, Poor needs a rv and campground program like section 8, increase on ssi n disability checks, and monthly stimulus checks til pandemic is over.,
Premium pay, Premium pay for Employees, Private schools should be given some funds, Proper care and security for the homeless, Providing incentives to government workers that have continuously worked through the pandemic and staffing

Events are a great uniter, a leveler of the playing field and can add much to a community, to a neighborhood. Arts, education, discovery all await., Startups Funding, Student Loans, Support for those with disabilities and seniors., Supporting
disconnected/opportunity youth, Supporting Local Businesses that YOU failed to protect during the Riots. Bringing Downtown back., TARC, Tax relief, The above items as they specifically relate to young adults 18-26 years old, The Watterson expressway
is a landfill. City just finished construction but the company didn’t clean up the mess they left behind. The city needs to focus on cleaning up the trash/environment. Look into sewer drainage strainer to prevent trash, Transit and two way streets, Two
way streets and public transit upgrades, utility payment help, Waste Reduction & Housing Authority, Waterfront Park, Waterfront Park and Belle of Louisville, Waterways restoration, Wiping the slate clean for people w felonies and credit problems,

and wind energy, Stop Section 8 apartments in Southwest JC, Student Loans, Support programs should not be handouts- those needing support should assist those willing to help. Need home repairs then the homeowner works alongside those willing to
help. NO MORE GOVERNMENT HANDOUTS. WORK FOR WHAT YOU NEED AND WANT, There are jobs for people to. Work they need to do it and stop the handouts, they should pay there own rent if they go to work, too much focus on housing. We have
very affordable housing in this city compared to most. If you have a good city, you will get good employers and people will have good wages to afford housing., Turning some of our buildings into places the homeless can receive shelter safely, mental
health and physical health care., Use existing abandoned houses., whatever people need most to have the safe, stable housing situation of their chosing!, Working class, you can do a variety of these...look up my comment please, Youth designated housing
support, Zoning laws must be changed to allow for more affordable housing throughout our county

Affordable and accessible housing for seniors., Again, eae of transportation is requisite to any improvememnt in this area, Again, wherever there are barriers/ needs, Being a landlord isn’t a real job!! And we shouldn’t help them out. They should’ve
thought of that before they decided to exploit people for a living!!!, Crisis housing- individuals should be actively working or seeking work or volunteering in community to receive governmental support, debt, especially pension fund, Do not spend this
money on landlords., Education on making a househole budget, Ensuring the community and our children have a safe, affordable & welcoming public auditorium, Establish mandate rules for landlords around iEvictions that make it difficult and
irresponsible/illegal to evict someone during a public health crisis, Every situation is single on it's own. Don't let people abuse the system. Help, Eviction moratorium, Financial help for tenants & landlords, Free classes for tenants on budgeting and care of
property and regulations on landlords to provide safe units in good repair., Fund the community ministries to work directly with tenants and landlords to assist in the rapid repayment to landlords. They are struggling as well., Get a job, Get a job and you
would be paid weekly!, Got to find housing for homeless It bad downtown., government is responsible for this crisis, Greater legal tenant protections against eviction, help for tenants with slum landlords, I work in housing and there is plenty of help for
folks who need it. Louisville is one of the strongest cities in this respect. It is not PC to say that, but true. We need to make the city appealing to business so we can compete with Nashville & Indy!, Job placement for anyone that needs a job, Landlords
should be obsolete at this point. We need a collective pool of investors and owners. If you live iin space you should have the opportunity to own a part of the space., Legal mandates to prevent rent hikes, More help for the landlords who are stuck paying
mortgages, insurance and taxes with no income, More housing, More quality public housing, fewer parasitic landlords., No evictions, No money for this process, None. This is not the responsibility of the Governement., Pave both sides of sidewalk in
Shawnee Park, Pay your own dang rent., People need to pay their own rent., Rent forgiveness, Rent to own, Rv program can be emergency housing too., Social workers and interpreters are probably needed as well, Solar and wind power, Stop
unemployment payment and get people back to searching for work., Student loans, Tax payers, Tenant rights organizing, The current homeless issue has become a crisis and we need to protect people who cannot make their rent payments so that the
homeless population doesn't grow even larger, they should pay there own rent, Unjust landlords and non paying tenants should get no special treatment.

that will support affordable housing, Anything that offers free admission and experiences for families and youth, Area Ministries, Arts, music, dance, sports communities for children, Grace kids - Corey Nelson, AV, Bike lane & LFC, Black led organizations

aside 10-15% of total funds for small projects under $10K, spread out in terms of target populations. Even small dollars can make a big difference for small non-profits., FOMAS, Fund for the Arts, Get a god damn job and pay your own rent, Grassroots
mental health agencies, grassroots homeless outreach, and grassroots alternatives to policing., Green areas- parks and other public green spaces, Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville, Habitat for Humanity, St. John Center for Men, HPI, Hip Hop Cares /
Jeff Gill need special consideration when allocation of funds begins. This man and his organization are pivotal , front line all the time, volunteers who work hands on with the houseless population, Homeless and housing more crucial, Homeless Shelters,
Homelessness, Homelessness in our city, Housing, I don’t know., I feel that a small and specific amount of support should be set aside for these agencies to help them get through specific project related and emergency funding needs. a great ex: was the
request at the comm. mtg./$162,000 Waterfront Bot. for a road rep, I understand alot of people lot money having to be closed for business during covid. Taking away admissions money, sales, even the maybe closed. Some non profit remained opened to
save lives. It was critical for them to save a life. They still had to pay, I was told by a middle school counselor when denying child IEP not to worry about it. 70% of all graduating seniors can not read or write. This was send in front of a Seven Counties
worker, principal, and teachers. I was flabbergasted!, I would definitely be open to hearing other options!, It’s not that i DONT think these should be funded, I just don’t think we should be giving out extra funding to these ‘unnecessary’ or tertiary items
from metro until housing and poverty are addressed., Jefferson Co. Cooperative Extension & Jefferson Co. Soil & Water Conservation District, Libraries, little league programs, Locust Grove, Louisville Artists Direct Financial Support, Louisville Bats baseball,
Louisville Free Public Library, Louisville is a city of parks. This should be key to a livable city., Louisville Memorial Auditorium, Louisville Orchestra, LVL1, Louisville Grows, Trees Louisville, Mental health, Metro Animal Services, metro employees, Metro
Parks, Metropolitan Housing Authority, Minimal assistance, Miracle League of Louisville, money should go to for profit business so they can get back to generating tax revenue, MSD, neighborhood associations - those that are incorporated and have an
active board. Annual stipend of some sort, $5-10K to promote "neighborhoodness" amongst the neighbors., neighborhood parks, Neighborhood youth build and plans within the community to better appropriate the funds to stop the violence sand
mediation in lower income homes, None of them. They bring in profit every year and have nearly zero impact on actually helping community members. We should be spending this funding with true grassroots non-profits actually doing work in our
community. CTCT, Feed Louisville, etc, None of this until our community is cleaned up, Offer a good product/entertainment and people will come., Other parks, Our homeless organizations, Paristown Green (Former Urban Gov. Center), Parklands, Please
protect our Zoo and stop treating it as an afterthought to be bartered away!, Please repair waterfront marina and make it a useable feature of the waterfront as before. Needs dredged and that’s not a big deal to have done.. Premium pay, Public Library,
Put it all toward homeless solutions., Right now we need to meet the basic needs of Louisville and who need it most., River City Drum Corp, Roots 101, Roots 101 African American museum, Save the Zoo's train!!, Shawnee Outdoor Learning Center, Small
dollars to the above., solar and wind power energy, St. John Center for Homeless Men, Student Loan Forgiveness, Take care of people who are struggling, first. Then, support these groups if funds are abailable., TARC, a light rail system, The belle of
Louisville is a waste of funds and not fiscally responsible. The zoo is the only place in Louisville in which all prisoners are innocent. The science center should be free if the city is supporting it., The Botanical Garden on waterfront park, The healing place, The
Louisville Free Public Library, These 4 attractions are very important to our city in terms of usage by residents and especially out of town visitors. They need to be supported for the benefit of our city., These entities have enough $ and support as it is.,
These priorities are worthy but not as urgent and necessary as those addressing homelessness and housing insecurity., They’re the only tourists attractions we have!, Up for Women and Children, Urban Government Center, Very limited stabilization funds
for any., Waterfront Botanical Gardens, Waterfront Botanical Gardens, KMAC, Waterfront Park Earmarked for West End Phase Expansion Only, waterfront park helps everyone. As does the Science Center. I am personally against Zoos. And Belle should be
supported by fees., Waterfront park is the only that provides free access to citizens. The others are business and shouldn’t be able to get this funding., We feel the waterfront park is an amazing benefit to our entire community, Westend community clubs
for kids, Wibby’s Foundation’s PerfectPath Program, Yes to the concept, YMCA!
