 Draw and complete a graphic organizer to show details about layers of the atmosphere and some effects the sun has on
the atmosphere, then explain it to your classmates. You can use visual aids as drawings, pictures, etc.

WEEK 6 ACTIVITIES – LESSON 2 – What is Weather?

 Write in your notebook the vocabulary of page 461 or the vocabulary that you consider new or unknown for you, and do in
your house the activity “Investigate” page 460.
 Do the guided Inquiry of pages 462 and 463 and draw your conclusions about it.
 Read pages 464 and 465 and answer the following questions:
What causes differences in air pressure at Earth´s surface?

 Read pages 466 and 467 and answer What causes thunderstorms?

poster explaining the different types of clouds, and explain it to your classmates.
