Cite instances , be it favorable condition or unfavorable condition where peace and order is
considered a challenging factor for teachers and students or pupils towards success or failure
in educative endeavor. Include in your citation , lowland, upland barangay, rural, urban, big
cites, hinterlands, rebel infested areas or anywhere where there are schools. Illucidate
further the challenges behind.

Peace has a profound effect in education. Peace can help achieve the right basic quality
education. There are few areas in the Philippines where in peace and order is at the maximum
risk. These few areas have also schools where teachers and students making education process
possible. The question is, are these areas succeeded or failed there educative endeavor? Now
let us try to find it out.
First in the lowland areas. Majority of the lowland areas all over the Philippines where in
educative endeavor takes place has a fewer risk of conflict. Peace and order in these areas are
well monitored by the Philippine peacemakers because these areas are easy for the to access.
There are few lowland areas in Mindanao where peace and order was disturbed by armed
rebels. This areas are immediately responded by Philippine force which resulted the rebels to
fled going to mountain areas. Second is the upland barangays. There are rumors that upland
barangays where school are built are prone to unpeaceful and disorder condition due
mountains and forests are close, where suspected lefties are residing . This people (lefties)
cannot easily penetrate to the schools because Barangay Tanods stands at the forefront of
keeping peace and order in every barangay. Like in the school I am assigned today, there are
sitios near in the school where rebels are having combat exercise and recruitment. These
movements are minimize and it’s hard for the rebels to harm teachers and students because
this barangay has civilian volunteers who protect the community from lawless forces and who
also demonstrate their interest in crime prevention. Third are the areas of rural, urban, and big
cities. These areas are in a safe zone in terms of educative endeavor. Teachers and students in
these areas have a safer living because, the location the school buildings are so close to police
stations. These areas have also an easy access in terms of digital communication, because
mobile signals and internet signals are very convenient. They can easily contact peacemakers to
resolve whatever conflict that might harm teachers and students. There are minimal peace and
order problems, but violators can be apprehended immediately . These areas has a higher rate
of success in educative process. Lastly, the rebel infected areas. I already mentioned above the
presence of rebels near in my stations, but as of now there’s no incident happened here that
lefties threaten the safety of us teachers and students. In some places like in Mindanao, There
are news that the safety of the teachers and students are being disturbed. Like the Marawi
siege, it is very clear that the educative endeavor has failed due to arm conflict. Schools,
children, and citizens there suffered crisis due to the war between the Philippine troops and the
rebels.
I learned from this output that quality education is best achieved in a safety, peaceful and order
community.
