A3DXYZ is a leading company in 3d printers & 3d printing services in India which

offers 3D Printing & 3D Modeling design, Rapid Prototyping A3DXYZ is a Karad,
Maharashtra-based 3D printing service bureau founded in 2018. A3DXYZ Systems
& Devices has won the MSME award in 2021. It provides 3D printing services,
designing services sells 3D printing accessories, and will soon launch its own line of
3D printers. A3DXYZ was founded in June 2018. It is a typical 3D printing service
bureau that offers 3D printing services in multiple 3D printing technologies like
Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM), Stereolithography (SLA), & Selective Laser
Sintering (SLS). By leveraging his good relations with other service providers
A3DXYZ also provides services in metal 3D printing through Selective Laser Melting
(SLM).
Apart from this, the bureau also deals in low volume production, so if any customer
wants to produce multiple pieces of a specific model, then it can easily be provided
by A3DXYZ. A3DXYZ also provides 3D modeling or designing services to its clients.
Any customer who requires some designing work to be done can also approach the
bureau. Additionally, the bureau is also involved in selling 3D printer accessories
like motors, belts, extruders, etc. It is literally a one-stop shop for everything
relating to 3D printing And naturally, the next step for A3DXYZ is to start
manufacturing its own line of FDM 3D printers. This new range of 3D printers is
however still in the testing and prototyping stage but as per Avadhut Deshmukh, it
will be launched in the next three months. It aims to provide education and training
in 3D printing for students as well as professionals in order to “maintain the pace
with the technology of the future.” Catering to the upcoming demand for 3D
printing professionals is a response to the lack of manpower in companies that can
utilize the technology to its fullest extent.
Alongside the cost of machines, many companies have been reluctant to adopt 3D
printing in-house, preferring to use 3D printing services and on-demand bureaus to
create prototypes. However, Avadhut Deshmukh, Founder at A3DXYZ Systems &
Devices On being asked why he decided to start a 3D printing service bureau, he
states, “I have five years of experience in the 3D printing technology. I wanted to
capitalize on this knowledge and so I decided to start my own 3D printing service
bureau.” A3DXYZ identified students as a way to overcome the lack of 3D printing
experts as it claims they are able to see the potential of the technology, and are
willing to learn.Materials used are Polylactic Acid (PLA) made up of starch and
sugar.
There are around 9 Various types of 3-D Machine Technology like -Fused
deposition-FDM modeling,Stereo lithography-SLA,Multi Jet Printing,DMP.Other
types of materials like Metal Printing metal powder,PLA ,ABS,silicon,concrete can
also be used. Applications area include Prototyping,Aerospace applications ,Civil
Applications house,Medical Applications , Jewellery Applications , Foot ware
Applications ,Scanning 3-D Image processing ,PCB manufacturing. Prof.
R.S.Deshmukh sir explained in a nice manner. The participant students got good
knowledge about 3-D printing technology.
