my study in India under this scholarship. Hereby undertake that

1. I am belonging to SC/ST/OBC/GEN category pursuing eligible course___________________________ (Stream/

2. I am not obtaining any financial assistance/ scholarship from any other source/organization other than the state
government reimbursement/ waiver off the component of tuition fees, the same shall not be treated as a financial
assistance/scholarship for ONGC's scholarship
3. I understand that concealment of any information may lead to strict action against me, including cancellation of
/termination of scholarship scheme.
4. At any stage of time, the information provided by me found false/malafide, I may be disqualified and barred for
applying thereafter for ONGC scholarship scheme.
5. In case, if violation of terms and conditions of the scholarship by me, the scholarship awarded to me, may be
cancelled and the entire amount of scholarship will be refunded by me or recovered from me, apart from liability of
such penal action may be initiated against me.
6. The Caste certificate and Income certificate submitted by me are duly verified from original by the competent
authority.
7. The application with all the supporting documents as mentioned in the application form, are certified and attested
by the Dean/Head/Principal of my Institute/University.
