Donor dependency assessment

User Story: As a…Transition Country I want to…know the level of donor/partner dependency
in the management of my immunization system So that I can…focus on MSC areas most at
risk when a donor exits.

Acceptance Criteria: Given that I have opted in for Donor Dependency Analysis (as a GTR
country), I must be able to:
1) Ask additional question(s) on transition relevant KPAs during Test-1
2) Measure donor/partner dependency in objective terms
a. Identify the nature of dependence (HR support/financial support)
b. Explore the magnitude of dependence (high/low/medium or a similar metric)
across the various transition relevant KPAs
3) Receive an aggregate measure of overall dependency in the system

Developed Story:

Given that a Diagnostic Conductor has opted in for Donor Dependency Analysis and has
finished all questions on a KPA, the diagnostic would offer the following additional question:

What is the nature and level of support provided by the Donor(s)?
