WORKSHOP ON THE
IMPLEMENTATION OF
DMEA

OCTOBER 21-23, 2019

Pangasinan National High School
Lingayen, Pangasinan

DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION
FOCUS OF DISCUSSION
Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment (MEA)
is a mechanism that enables the Division Office
to track progress and measure the
effectiveness of the programs and projects
related to school operations , administrative
actions and processes and other activities
involving stakeholders for appropriate provision
of technical assistance across all levels of
governance. It also serves as an avenue for the
Division Office to showcase its best practices
and programs.

DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION
FOCUS OF DISCUSSION
Having to lead such technical assistance to its
clients, SDO I Pangasinan initiates to catalyze a
Division version of the RMEA. Since, this reflects
the agency’s optimum advocacy on ‘Happy to
Serve’, the objectives of DMEA include:
implementing a “check and balance” system,
reviewing the Physical and Financial
accomplishments, looking into unaccomplished
outputs, delivering Value-Added Outputs, and
identifying concerns/issues/gaps/problems of all
Functional Divisions
