Zoom Conductions - LD Activities

Conduction model at home allowed us to get parents to visually experience the power
of our product. Lockdown took that away from us, but we're now bringing it back
with virtual demos via Zoom!

The below-mentioned instructions will help each one of you to utilise the
Leadsquared to interact with potential customers virtually with the help of the
Zoom App.

Currently two versions of lead follow up are available: Smart View and Normal View.
The virtual meetings can be accessed with both the versions of Leadsquared.

Smart Views - Automated Zoom Virtual Meetings

Step 1: Open a lead


Step 2: Add an activity �Zoom Appointment Fixed�

Step 3: Automatically a zoom meeting will get scheduled and an activity �Zoom
Meeting� with details will be posted. Also the lead field �Zoom Date Time� will be
updated. Please note that �Zoom Date Time� is a lead field which gets automatically
updated once you add the activity �Zoom Appointment Fixed�

It may take upto 5 minutes for this activity and field to be updated
An email with meeting details will be automatically sent to the lead email id with
zoom meeting details.
You DO NOT need to go to lead action - Online Meeting and Schedule Zoom Meeting.
The zoom meeting will be automatically scheduled once you add the activity �Zoom
Appointment Fixed�

Step 4: You can confirm the meeting and add the activity �Zoom Appointment
Confirmed�. Please note that meeting url and details remains the same

Step 5: Once the meeting is over, please add an activity �Zoom Meeting Conducted�
and input the required details

Step 6: If the meeting is cancelled: Add the activity �Zoom Appointment Cancelled�

Step 7: If meeting is rescheduled: Add the activity �Zoom Appointment


Rescheduled�. Please note that this activity does not automatically create a new
zoom meeting. To schedule the meeting again, you need to add �Zoom Appointment
Fixed� activity with the meeting date and time again (as mentioned in Step 2).

View & Review Zoom Demos


Click on the Zoom Meeting Link Activity and view the details of the meeting
completed
Select View Attachments to find the Meeting URL to be used for viewing the
recording.

1. During Task Completion, Zoom Call Scheduled segment to be filled for Zoom Demos
Booked Leads

2. Once initiated, the Appointment Details segment to be filled with the demo time
and the date of booking with the follow up Date and time set accordingly. Demo slot
to be fixed as per the appointment time.

Counsellor/ SP- ? Are you sure?

Student / Parent- ? Yes.

Counsellor/ SP � I am afraid. You�re wrong. Astonished? I will run you through a


proper explanation.

Counsellor/ SP- One cannot find the volume of a Square as it is a 2D object. Volume
can be measured for a 3D object only.

We were taught in the same manner where we all used to learn the formulas without
even knowing the application of it and this somehow goes on till higher standards
where the child without even understanding tries to mug up the formulas and face
issues when any kind of Numerical/word problem is asked.
