Disassembly

Chapter 1, Remove back panel

4 To disassemble the display, follow these steps:

1. Use the credit card to disassemble the Case B


sequence from Area 1 to 6.

Note: please start removing cover B from cover A
gap see figure 2 below.
1 2 Note: at figure 1, pay attentions for the insert card
at the power button do not too deep cause inside
there is a plastic button that is easily damaged.

Warning: Please extra careful removing all the key


do not damage the key, because if damage the
warranty from vendor will be void

2. Open the back cover to the upside carefully


because rear speakers attached to the back
cover see picture below

3. Disconnect two speaker cable using solder

4. Remove speaker from back cover as show

Warning the black back speaker cable mush


connect to the “SPK (-)”upper connector, the red
back speaker cable mush connect to the “SPK
(+)”, lower connector.

Chapter 2, Removing Battery Module

To remove the, Battery, follow the steps below:

1. Remove the yellow isolation

2. Disconnect two battery cable using solder

Note: in order to prevent shot circuit, the red


cable and the black cable tip should be covered
with insulation after removed from main board.

3. Gently remove the battery from LCD panel

Note : Please extra careful removing battery don


not until damage or change shape because can
void de warranty if happen, please trim and
outboard to LCD module to prevent damage.

Chapter 3, Removing Webcam

Remove the camera, follow the steps below:

1. Remove the isolation from mainboard

2. Use a thin tool such as a screwdriver to lever up


the connector bracket and disconnect the
camera cable from main board as show.

3. Gently remove the camera back using needle as


show.

4. Remove the camera module from mainboard as


show.

Warning: do not remove the rear camera by


pulling the camera cable because the camera cable
easily torn.

Chapter 4, Removing Mainboard

To remove the Main board, follow the steps below:

1. Remove the black isolation at LCD cable

2. Remove the antenna cables from LCD module


and stick it on the mainboard.

3. Use a thin tool such as a screwdriver to lever


up the connector bracket and disconnect the
LCD and Touchpad cable from main board as
show.

4. Remove the three screws securing main board


to the cover A.

5. Gently remove the main board from the LCD


panel.

Note: under LCD connector lie double tape


isolation and it sticky very strong, be carefully if
releasing the mainboard because it can cause the
mainboard damaged (red rectangle)

Chapter 5, Removing LCD Panel

To remove the LCD Panel, follow the steps below:

Warning: Removing LCD module please do not


blend the Touchpad because can cause damage
the touchpad as show.

1. Install the isolation to the cover A is use to


avoid damage the cable cause removing the
LCD module, the position you can see at the
picture.

2. LCD module at position facing up with the


LCD module cable facing upwards

3. Gently push the LCD key as direction an arrow


then swipe the credit card between LCD
module and the cover A at left up side as show

4. Insert needle at LCD key then gently Insert and


swipe the credit card between LCD modules
sequences from Area 1 to 3 until all the three
LCD key release and the cover A at right up
side as show.

Warning: swipe the cards don not to deep


because can touch the LCD frame and damage it, the
square green is the save position for swipe the card

5. Insert credit card between LCD module and the


cover A at right side

6. Gently push to the top to remove the LCD


module as direction the arrow.

Assembly

Chapter 6, Assembly LCD Panel

To assembly the LCD Panel, follow the steps below:

1. Gently swipe and push the LCD module from


top to bottom until all the LCD key at lock
position

2. Remove the isolation at the touchpad cable.

Warning : LCD key can cause damage the


LCD module for installation please use the
credit card at the LCD key position to avoid the
damage

Chapter 7, Assembly the Main Board

To assembly the Main board, follow the steps below:

1. Gently install the main board to LCD panel

2. Tight the three screws securing main board to


LCD panel

3. Connect the LCD and Touchpad cable to main


board as show and use a thin tool such as a
screwdriver to lever down the connector
bracket and

4. Install the antenna to LCD panel as show

5. Install the black isolation as direction as show

Chapter 8, Assembly Webcam

Assembly the camera, follow the steps below:

1. Install the camera module to mainboard as


show.

2. Connect the camera cable from main board as


show and use a thin tool such as a screwdriver
to lever up the connector bracket and

3. install the isolation from mainboard

Chapter 9, Assembly Battery Module

To assembly the Battery, follow the steps below:

1. Gently install the battery to LCD panel

2. Install the LCD cable and yellow isolation at


the top of battery

Warning: Please extra careful installing battery


don not until damage or change shape because can
void de warranty if happen, please trim and
outboard to LCD module to prevent damage.

3. Connect three battery cable using solder

4. Install the yellow isolation.

Warning: in order to prevent shot circuit, the red


cable mush connect to the “BATT (+)” connector
at the main board and the Black cable mush
connect to the “BATT (-)” connector at main
board.

Note: please clean the tin solder with alcohol


90% and up after mounting the speaker

Chapter 10, Assembly back panel

To assemble the back panel, follow these steps:

1. Install speaker to back cover as show

2. Connect two speaker cable using solder

Warning : the black back speaker cable mush


connect to the “SPK (-)”upper connector, the red
back speaker cable mush connect to the “SPK
(+)”, lower connector.

Note: please clean the tin solder with alcohol


90% and up after mounting the speaker

3. Gently install the cover B to cover A.

4. Please install the upper side first then the
bottom side pushes all the side until the entire
key lock perfectly.

Note: Pay attention for install upper cover the


pairs of sides that there are volume buttons first
before the other
