below Rs. 2 Lakh per Annum need to bring DD of Rs. 3900/- only.

Important Instructions:

1. No separate letters will be issued for counselling.

2. Allotment of seats will be done in order of merit that students’ holds in merit list
displayed on the university website.
3. The minimum qualification for admission to the programmes mentioned above shall
be as per direction laid in admission information brochure 2020-21 of the University
and other rules of the University as applicable to these Programmes.
4. Reservation- As per University Rules
 50% Seats reserved for SC/ST.
 5% horizontal reservation for PH candidates
 EWS reservation as per GOI norms.

5. Candidates who fail to report within the scheduled time limit shall lose their claim for
admission.
6. Documents required (in original and one set of self attested Photo copies) for taking
admission if candidates name is in merit list displayed on university website.

12. Medical Certificate from competent authority for claiming reservation
under physically challenged quota as prescribed by GOI.
13. Undertaking in the form of Affidavits as required for Anti Ragging
Measures separately by Candidate and Parent.

7. Mode of payment of admission Fees through Demand Draft only. No other mode of
payment will be accepted. Online payment will be allowed if requested by a
candidate.
8. If a candidate fails to produce any of the above mentioned documents required for
admission she/he may not be admitted.
9. No separate information will be sent to selected candidates. The candidates are
therefore advised to find out their result from the Department Notice Board or the
University website (www.bbau.ac.in) on their own and attend personally for
admission counselling on the specific dates. Failure to do so will be the sole
responsibility of the candidates.
10. It may be noted that admission in all the programs is subject to verification of
documents and understanding that you have already verified your eligibility and
declaration given by you in the Entrance exam application form.
11. All certificates must be issued by competent authority in appropriate format.
