Procedure aims; determination of the health and safety rules during lifting operations.

2. SCOPE
Procedure covers all workplaces of VEKON PREFABRICATED CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS
IND.TRADE.INC.

3. DEFINITIONS
Procedure covers all workplaces of VEKON PREFABRICATED CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS
IND.TRADE.INC.
Workplace/Project: VEKON PREFABRICATE CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS INC.TRADE.INC.
(VEFA)’s workplaces which contains prefabricate installation, container installation and heavy steel
installation.

4. EXECUTION
Following basic safety principles will be implemented during Lifting operations ;
 Lifting methods will be specified by hazard and risk assessment procedure.These method shall include
the anchor points ,total weights and etc.
 Lifting operations will be performed within supervisor of HSE responsible.
 Lifting vehicles will be used by the component operators.
 All lifting equipment and machineries must have certifications and periodical control.
 During lifting Appendix 6.6.1 Lifting Equipment Visual Control form must be performed by HSE
responsible person.
 Trained riggers must fasten the loads.
 Lifting Equipment and Machineries will be checked by the driver or responsible.
 Lifted loads will be arranged by a trained banksman.
 Lifting area will be limited during operations.
 Lifting operation must be stopped in case of strong wind.
 Lifting floor must be checked and machinery should place the foots on a plaque to secure the vehicle.
