2. PURPOSE

This proposal is submitted for consideration and approval on the above matter
to conduct ‘Safety Day’ involving participation of xxx staffs which is proposed
to be held on xxx at xxx.

3. INTRODUCTION

‘Safety Day’ is an event organized by EHS Team to invite all the workers to
participate in EHS program. The main agenda for this event is to demonstrate
leadership from top management to the workers through EHS policies briefing
delivered by Managing Director. Besides, it is to create safe awareness by
understanding the RPM Cardinal Safety Rules. These rules guided workers on
key major hazard in daily activities. This event also includes worker recognition
award that purposely promote personal leadership by recognizing people that
have achieved excellent EHS performance in alignment with our business and
EHS goals and initiatives.

4. OBJECTIVES

4.1 To demonstrate leadership by top management by EHS Policies

briefing.
4.2 To raise the awareness by promoting RPM Cardinal Safety Rules among
workers.
4.3 To motivate workers by recognition award program.
