This business aims to become successful in the production and sales of customized phone cases.

To accomplish this, each team member has a responsibility to uphold. Each member should

willingly select a fair amount of workload to complete when assignments are given and complete

them in a timely manner. All work should be shared for review by team members at least two

days in advance of submission date to allow for corrections and all the work to be compiled into

one complete document to be uploaded on the due date.

 IDEA SELECTION/RATIFICATION

For this venture, team members have decided that the original idea is very strong and can

be sustainable with just a few additions to better expound the idea of customizable phone

cases. The final idea selected is Venus Custom Phone Cases creating and designing

phone cases of all kinds such as silicone, gel, battery, bumper, armor, and wallet cases for

a wide array of phones such as Samsung or iPhones. Designs will be created using

software design programs like Adobe programs, as well as the use of photography and

typography or even customers’ own designs. Customers can order and view available

designs online or send in their designs to be used.

According to our feasibility report, we can make improvements in our impact by outlining the

protective detail in our phone cases. Our quality of designs is marketed due to our professional

graphic design skills; however, we can better assure that our cases are equally stylish as well as

protective by providing test results proving the quality of protection with drop tests and water

resistance for the phone and scratch and chip resistance for the designs themselves. This way our

customers can rest assured that we are not only focusing on the appearance of our phone cases

but the longevity of users’ phones.

1. What is the market opportunity?

- The market opportunity will be the rising demand from youths for mobile cases that

are fashionable and durable. It is the key factor for fuelling the demand of the market.

The trends in the market that support my idea would be rugged phone cases that

ensure protection to the cellular device from knocks, bumps as well as cracked phone

screens are the ones that are in the highest demand. The customer not only has the

option of personal customization of the design on the case but also gets to choose the

type of material and case style they want.

2. What do you plan to offer?

- We plan to offer quality service and cases that are unique, one of a kind designs to

directly suit each of the customer's personal style and personality, allowing for self-

expressiveness. The cases will be military grade type protection shock absorbent,

protects against dust, and impacts of all kinds all while looking fashionable. This

phone case is made to fit a wide range of different cellular devices.

3. What form of originality or product/process innovation would you be bringing to

market? How will you ensure sustainability?

 - The form of originality and innovation we will be bringing to the market is allowing

the expression of oneself through art and design, allowing local artists to get the

recognition they deserve through our phone case business. We also bring innovation

by using recycled material whilst bringing forth tough durable cases. We will ensure

sustainability by building on our value proposition, standing still and embracing

change by adapting to certain situations that are bound to happen as well as by

focusing on constant reinvention, being open to new ideas and partnering with local

artists and other companies.

4. What is our value proposition:

- Our phone cases are made to fit all types of cellular devices in all kinds of styles and are

custom made and designed per user. Not only is the design uniquely tailored/customized

to fit buyers aesthetic and style, this offering is important to the buyer because it provides

guaranteed protection to the cellular device.

5. Why we are the right persons to start this venture:

- All the persons working on Venus Custom Phone Cases are right for the job due to wide

variety in necessary skills and experience. Such skills include managerial competencies

such as creative problem solving, teamwork skills, customer focus, oral & written

communication skills, interpersonal skills, sales skills, project management. Our

technical skills include digital media and marketing, networking, software proficiency,

data analysis. These skills are a necessity for the job of working together as a team to

create the most suitable phone cases and designs. Also, specific to the nature of our
 venture and giving us an advantage over regular phone case businesses, we have a wide

array of design skills including information architecture, graphic design basics,

composition and color theory skills, Adobe programming proficiency, photography skills,

typography skills, branding and web design. All of which serve to make us the right

- When it comes to the target market for this venture, our buyers and users are the same.

Our offering is targeted toward individuals, who are under the age of 35, owning cellular

devices and wish to express themselves via their phone cases and have interests in

fashion, design, individuality and expression. They can achieve this simply by attaching

Venus custom phone case to any type of cellular device for protection and aesthetics. Our

phone cases are different in that they are exactly what each individual wants, whether is

We offer custom designs that are unique and one-of-a-kind using professional design
