Unit price additive yang digunakan harus sama dengan unit price yang akan diajukan dalam penawaran. PERUSAHAAN selalu mempunyai hak untuk —membayar KONTRAKTOR berdasarkan tarif cost additive. Sedangkan untuk sistem bubur semen yang diluar spesifikasi yang ditentukan, tarif yang digunakan adalah jumlah additive yang dipakai dengan Unit price yang ditawarkan KONTRAKTOR. 3. KONTRAKTOR harus menyediakan proposal bubur semen (slury) yang lengkap dan detail atau desain altematif yang disesuaikan dengan desain bubur semen / kebutuhan PERUSAHAAN. 4, Untuk memastikan bahwa formulasi bubur semen yang ditawarkan KONTRAKTOR memenuhi Kriteria PERUSAHAAN maka akan dilakukan test bubur semen pada laboratorium yang ditentukan oleh PERUSAHAAN. 5. Pada setiap saat akan dilakukan pekerjaan Penyemenan, KONTRAKTOR harus melakukan formulasi bubur semen di laboratorium KONTRAKTOR pada setiap sumur berdasarkan data sumur bersangkutan menggunakan API Class “G” cement dan additive yang diperlukan sesuai dengan kebutuhan PERUSAHAAN.
