I. Introduction
The behavior and demeanor worthy of an LCCian are stipulated in LCCT rules,
guidelines and procedures. Every student is held accountable for his/her actions in the
school and online community. LCCT recognizes and embraces the benefits and
opportunities that social media can bring as an instrument of educating the learners and
because of the demands of online education, the institution implemented Online Policies
on Student Discipline.
II. Objectives
1. To provide a safe and friendly online learning environment in the school
community.
2. To established the good behavior of the student in online /social media.
3. To ensure an informative and healthy communication between students and
teachers.
4. To help student develop proper behavior online, self – control, respect to others
and maintain the expected behavior as an LCCian student.
NOTE: The school strongly discouraged the students to give permission in the third party to access
their account. The consequences of giving your own account and password to the third party is not the
responsibility of the school. *Students who needs the assistance of their parents are excluded.
B. On Social Media
*Social Media Policy for Students is still included in Online Policies on Student
Discipline
4.3 Posting and sharing misinformation using the logo and name of the school.
4.4 Posting and sharing tampered announcements of the school.
*Always refer the announcements to the official page of the school in
Facebook account.
Protocol for Reporting (Major offenses of the students that needs proper guidance)
1. Upon the offense of the student, the teacher will complete and submit an Incident
Report and to be submitted to the Office of the Discipline.
*If it is online it will be submitted in the email address of the Office of Student
Affairs
*Teachers should report only those behaviors and offenses that they couldn’t take
action and needs the assistance of the office.
2. The Office of the Discipline or Student Affairs will notify the student, parent
/guardian about the offense/violation.
3. Based on the report, the Office of the Discipline or Student Affairs will determine
what, if any, disciplinary action must be taken. A violation of the Student Code of
Conduct will result in a disciplinary action and may result in the withdrawal or
removal of the student in the subject/course
*Withdrawal or removal in the subject /course is based on the weight of the
offense / violated rules.
4. A student who violated the rules and guidelines of the school for students’ discipline
is also subject to discipline by his/her parents / guardian.

II. Objectives
1. To provide online activity platforms which will cater the students’ continuous
development of their skills and talents.
2. To promote an environment of mutual respect, peace and order and discipline
among the students of LCCT.
3. To develop creative and responsible students who will eventually become leaders in
their chosen field of endeavor through creative involvement and passion in service.
A. Policies from the LCCT Premiere School Continuity Learning Plan (PSCLP)
1. Activities of the Student Affairs shall be postponed until the second
quarter of the academic year. This is done in order to enable the students
to concentrate solely on their academics.
2. At the offset of the second quarter, the students will be oriented about the
school clubs and organizations through class orientation, online posts, and
bulletin boards. Enlistment for club membership will be done in the
classrooms through the advisers on a particular date set by the Office of
Student Affairs.
3. Initial meetings devoted to election of officers and planning of activities
will be done online. The club moderators will design activities that could
be done online.
4. The election of the Student Coordinating Body (SCB) of the LS, MS and the
JHS Departments, along with the Supreme Student Government (SSG) of
the SHS Department will be done on the second quarter of the school year.

6. A club member who fails to attend online club meetings, activities and projects
without valid reason will have a demerit point in his/her Co-Curricular
Involvement grade.
7. A club member with more than four (4) unexcused absences will be terminated
as member of the club, hence, he/she will be referred to the office for special
online assignments or tasks prescribed by the Office of Student Affairs.
8. In case, the club moderator was not able to meet his/her members. He/She is
allowed to schedule an online club meeting/activity on other days as approved
by the Office of Student Affairs and the Office of the Principal.
G. Other Policies
1. All student activity proposals must still be submitted a month before its target
date.
2. No student activities (in-campus and off-campus) shall be allowed to operate
without the approval of the Office of Student Affairs, Office of the Principal,
Office of the School Chancellor and Office of the College President.
3. All program activities which will be done/ be uploaded online must follow
proper netiquette and must be approved by the Office of Student Affairs.
4. All in-campus and off-campus activities with face-to-face gatherings such as
programs and competitions will only be done if approved by the Department of
Education, Department of Health and the Inter-Agency Task Force.
