II. Narrative Report

The participants arrived in the venue and registered themselves by filling up the

enrolment forms provided by the registrar. The secretariat facilitated the activity by

preparing the venue, sound system, and documenting every activity. The training

started with 35 participants coming from different municipalities in Region XII. The

schedule of activities was followed. The lecture and presentations were done in the

SUNAS Community Outreach Center, inside the campus. Food and snacks were

provided. The Arrival and Registration of participants Started on October 3, 2019 at 8:00

am. The Training started at 9:00 am where it was started by a prayer and the singing of

Philippine national anthem. The opening remarks were given by Mr Vicente J .Aseral. It

was followed by the acknowledgement of trainees and the introduction of the trainer by

Mr. Walden Aseral, one of the Facilitator of this training. The Contents of the training

was discussed by Mr. Vicente J. Aseral, the lead trainer of this training. The training was

suspended due to lunch at 11:30 am. The training resumed at 1:00 pm and at 3 pm, the

trainees together with the facilitators and trainer visited the SUNAS nursery. At 4 pm,

the rap up for the field visit was discussed by Mr. Ronnie T. Galera. On the second day,

October 4, 2019, the trainers and participant visited Central Mindanao Integrated

Agricultural Research Center (CEMIARC), Tupi, South Cotabato.
